These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for permitted court proceedings is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15) Dispute resolution & arbitration

Most issues can be resolved informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized provider on a confidential basis in Maricopa County, Arizona. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing [email protected] with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”. This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief in court to protect IP or confidential information.

16) Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Effective” date above shows the latest version. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
